Team members will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire process, from client contact and initial site documentation, through the design and engineering process, and ultimately during construction phase.

Develop detailed mock-ups, blueprints, and 3D models for various construction projects based on design objectives, functional requirements, and allocated budgets. Review zoning analysis, site analysis, and compliance standards against architectural concepts to determine design constraints and define structural parameters. Visit project sites to gauge the layout, dimensions, and elevations of site locations and identify possible geotechnical obstructions. Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine design limitations and based on location, land use and zoning, and project sites. Draft detailed blueprints for various structural components under the environmental, safety, and building regulations using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances, building codes, and industry trends.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related position in the architecture and/or construction industry. The position requires skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk, and Revit.
